- 2 pieces of yufka, cut into 6 equal triangles
- 12 pastırma slices, cut into strips
- 120 g kaşar cheese, grated
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 egg yolks, whisked
- 5 tbsp dill, chopped
Combine dried beef strips with cheese and dill, divide the mixture into 12 equal portions.
Brush a yufka piece with oil, place a ball of the mixture in the middle, fold ends, place on an oiled
oven tray, brush surface with egg yolk.
Repeat with the ingredients that remain.
Bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
