
MY MOTHER’S COOKBOOK
- 15 g allspice berries
- 15 g cloves
- 15 g turmeric powder
- 15 g white peppercorns
- 10 g ginger powder
- 5 g mango powder
- 1 g red chillies
Blend the allspice berries, cloves and one small red chilli of Indian origin. Add remaining ingredients, blend for a few seconds.
Store in an air-tight container.
