Bircher Müesli
Bircher berry, flake, fruit, nut and seed breakfast

Named after Maximilian Oskar Bircher-Benner, the Swiss who proclaimed the restorative powers of raw fruit, berries, grain flakes, nuts and seeds as the first meal of the day, this enigmatic breakfast dish of the Alps is now a favourite throughout Europe.
