TURKEY
  • 200 g small green olives, pitted
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, refrigerate for two hours.
