This olive, potato and squid salad is found everywhere in towns and villages along the Mediterranean coast.

Salad
1 kg squid, cooked whole, sliced
500 g potatoes, cooked whole, peeled, sliced
100 g green olives, stoned, sliced
Dressing
100 ml extra-virgin olive oil
15 g black pepper, fresh ground
Salt, large pinch

Mix olives, potatoes and squid together in a large bowl, dress with seasoned oil.
